Privacy Policy

Everyday Warrior does not require an account, email address, or password to use this app. The app does not use advertising trackers and does not sell your information.

Product settings are stored locally on your device. Depending on the product and role you choose, these settings may include a Site ID, role, Crew Name, and owner phone number. Crew launch history is also stored locally and may include the product, Site ID, Crew Name, and the date and time of each launch.

If you submit a shared notification, the message and any optional name you provide are sent to Everyday Warrior’s backend and stored so the notification can be reviewed and moderated. Approved notifications are displayed to app users for up to 24 hours after approval. Notification submissions may be retained for moderation, safety, and service administration.

Do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information in a notification. Shared notifications may be visible to other people who use the app.

When you launch a product, the app opens that product’s website and may include the Site ID, role, Crew Name, or owner phone number in the website address so the product can provide the appropriate workspace. The product website may receive that information and has its own privacy practices.

You may update or clear saved product settings in the app and view local launch history. Clearing saved access removes that product’s settings from the device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or changing devices removes locally stored settings and launch history.

The app provides links to Everyday Warrior products and websites. When you leave this app and use one of those products or websites, that product or website may have its own privacy practices and privacy policy.

The Everyday Warrior mobile application does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share information with advertisers. Product websites opened from the app may use their own cookies, analytics, or other tracking technologies under their own privacy policies.

We use reasonable measures to protect shared notification data while it is handled by the service. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. To request removal of a notification submission or ask a privacy question, contact Everyday Warrior LLC using the information below.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

If the functionality of the app changes in a way that affects user privacy, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. The revised policy will show a new effective date when appropriate.
